15 COMMANDMENTS
Friday, July 13th, 20071. Be a visionary .
2. String together a dream .
3. Dont reach for anything less than the stars.
4. Limitations , yes , but no limits.
5. Regularly make good decisions.
6. Plan ,but dont be limited by planning.
7.Be value driven and respect traditions.
8. If part of the leadership group ,set direction only.
9. Coach/manager should be without ego - be the servant ,not master .
10. Coach master should give responsibility and hold people accountable.
11. Coach/ manager should work toward becoming redundant .
12. Dont try to control the uncontrollable .
13. Focus on the process and not just the result .
14. For continual improvement, raise the bar .
15. Finally , commitment through action and not words.
