Stress challenges
Today’s life styles present great stress challenges, every new challenges
having ingredients of stress built in it . There are different challenges in
every field. Mostly Human Beings experience fear of the unknown.
This in itself is a big challenge and causes great stress. Confront the fear
and fear vanishes.
Remember that the brain does not distinguish between imagination
and reality, it is very important not visualize negativism .
Negativities don’t exist and they are only absences.
Clouds darkness and fears etc are absences. Don’t follow them.
The only essences are light and sound. We all Human Beings are light
and sound vibrating and dancing energy children of the Universe Soul.
Enjoy the essence and have great fun life.
Remedies for all kinds of stress real or imaginary –
Dance and dance on the music of your choice preferably on great spiritual
music and tire yourself but to the level of comfort you have .
Laugh and laugh amidst worries and laugh louder and louder.
Only be sure that you are light on stomach or may be slightly empty stomach.
The venom of stress or depression will be thrown out.
Breathe and breathe deeply as deeply as you can to your comfort levels.
Do belly breathing then relax and watch your breath’s awareness . Awareness is
a great fire energy capable of destroying the thoughts and bring you in a
state of tranquil and present moment.
Enjoy the present moment and stay there as long as you want.
Sit or lie down is your choice, this is a Universal Plane and in deep
relaxation you can give positive instructions to your mind and repeat these.
The above exercise can be repeated in the day depending upon your physical
energy. Please don’t over do. As far as laughing is concerned you can keep
smiling, laughing any time. Live in the present moment that is now.
Kick the stress out of your lives and live life king size with your
dreams, ambitions and goals . Create a wonderful world of Happiness ,
Abundance and Affluence around your self and make the world a better
place to live.

ENTREPRENEURS PERFECTION
Lord Krishna said in Bhagwad Geeta “The difference between one’s planning and action is the measure of one’s lack of perfection”
This is a very great statement made by the Greatest One born billions of years ahead of his time.
Just have a look into Alexander the Great’s rise. At a very young age he created a force of 40000 professionally trained armed men. His vision, mission and dedication were focused like Arjuna of Mahabharata.
With this resource well under his arms he invaded the established kingdom of Babylon having 2,50,000 armed men and won the war and kept on moving forward with his winnings.
Today the wars have changed, the perfection and professionalism has not changed but is rather more focused, honed and polished. This era of mergers, acquisitions and takeovers does need all these qualities. Planning and action are closely related. Make a union of these two, the world follows you. There is more premium always on Knowledge and action which brings more value addition.

This is due to various reasons like growing ages of the population, need for talents like doctors, engineers, scientists. Queen of England being the head of Common Wealth countries, the things like racism should not arise there or any other part of world in today’s global village. We must see this message below to know your constitutional rights in your country where we have the greatest responsibility of choosing the candidates who manage the country .
Very useful Message Section 49 - O of the Constitution: Did you know that there is a system in our constitution, as per the 1969 act, in section “49-O” that a person can go to the polling booth, confirm his identity, get his finger marked and convey the presiding election officer that he doesn’t want to vote anyone ! Yes such a feature is available, but obviously these seemingly notorious leaders have never disclosed it. This is called ” 49 - O”. Why should you go and say ” I VOTE NO BODY”… because, in a ward, if a candidate wins, say by 123 votes, and that particular ward has received “49-O”votes more than 123, then that polling will be cancelled and will have to be re -polled. Not only that, but the candidature of the contestants will be removed and they cannot contest the re - polling, since people had already expressed their decision on them. This would bring fear in to parties and hence look for genuine candidates for their parties for election . This would change the way , of our whole political system…. it is seemingly surprising why the election commission has not revealed such a feature to the public.. Please spread this news to as many as you know… Seems to be a wonderful weapon against corrupt parties in India… show your power, expressing your desire not to vote for anybody , is even more powerful than voting… so don’t miss your chance. So either vote, or vote not to vote (vote 49-O) and pass this info on.. “Please forward this message to as many as possible , so that we, the people of India, can really use this power to save our nation”.
